1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Pebble ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Pebble Studio Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to App Store and Google Play license terms.
3. Account
Using Pebble requires signing in with Apple, Google, or a phone number verified by a one-time code. Your account record holds only your sign-in identifier (email, phone number, or Apple/Google subject ID) and an anonymous device record — never the photos, contacts, or calendar entries you clean up, which stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can sign out or permanently delete your account, including its server-side record, anytime from Settings → Account. 4. Subscriptions
Pebble Pro is billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play. The 3-day Pebble Pass trial does not require a card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription — access returns to the Free tier at the end of the trial unless you separately choose to subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price until canceled. Manage or cancel anytime, including during the trial, from your platform account settings (App Store or Google Play). 5. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
- Do not use Pebble for illegal purposes
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account
6. Disclaimers
Pebble identifies media items as candidates for deletion. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming each deletion. We recommend keeping iCloud Photos or Google Photos backup enabled before using cleanup features.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebble Studio Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or device damage.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for users outside the EU/UK, and by mandatory consumer law of the user's residence for EU/UK users.
